The Gene Forum 2012 will be held on June 8-9, in Dorpat Conference Centre in Tartu, Estonia.

A letter of confirmation including complete registration details will be sent to all participants by the Conference Secretariat.
Conference fee includes full attendance, exhibition, conference materials, coffee/tea breaks, lunches, and Buffet Dinner (June 8th). Conference rates:

After receiving your registration a written confirmation including the payment details will be sent to you by the Conference Secretariat.
Hotel Dorpat, located beside the conference venue, has been booked for conference participants. Hotel rooms can be reserved through the Conference Secretariat upon the submission of completed registration form. A written confirmation of the reservation will be sent to you by the Secretariat. In case you prefer some other hotel or room type than indicated on the registration form please ask the Conference Secretariat for quotation. For late registrations accommodation cannot be guaranteed. The special conference price is valid only if the hotel room is reserved and paid in advance through the Conference Secretariat.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you will be unable to attend, you can make substitutions at no extra charge. All the substitutions must be made in written form to the Conference Secretariat prior to the conference. Refunds will be made less a handling charge (25 EUR) for cancellations received in writing prior to June 4th, 2012. No refunds will be made after that date.
Visas to enter Estonia are not required from citizens of USA, EU and most European countries, including all Scandinavian countries. For detailed information, please visit the website of the Estonian ministry of Foreign Affairs: www.vm.ee. The main international airport is located in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. Direct flights to Tallinn are available from Helsinki, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Paris, London and several other cities in Europe. Direct flights to Tartu are available from Helsinki only. The distance between Tartu and Tallinn is 186 km.
